Terms of service

Conditions for accounts, plans, payments and Minecraft servers on myCubeKub.

Last updated 2026-10-11

Service and operator

myCubeKub is operated by Akalak Kruaboon (aklkbqx) and provides tools to create and manage Minecraft servers using resources allocated by your plan. It is not an official Minecraft service and is not endorsed by Mojang or Microsoft.

Accounts and access

Account holders must be at least 20 years old and have authority to enter into a contract for themselves or the organization they represent. Provide accurate information, protect your password and assign member permissions carefully. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized account use.

You must have the rights to use the game, software and add-ons you choose and comply with the Minecraft EULA and each publisher's terms. A service account does not grant ownership of the game.

Plans and payments

Prices, duration, server count, RAM and limits are shown before purchase. Monthly plans, day passes or prepaid hours are available as offered. Transfers and evidence must match the invoice, and payment confirmation may require administrator review.

Payments are not automatically charged to a card or bank account. You must renew or purchase time when needed. When entitlement or prepaid time expires, servers may stop or be unable to start. Plan changes must satisfy the limits shown by the service.

Refunds

Request a refund by email with the invoice reference and reason. We review requests case by case, including duplicate payments, billing errors or failure to deliver the agreed service. Cancellation or unused time does not trigger an automatic refund. If approved, we will confirm the amount and return method before proceeding. This does not limit mandatory statutory rights.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, malware, unauthorized attacks or scanning, fraud, data theft or attempts to bypass resource limits or access controls. You are responsible for moderating players and managing add-ons on your servers.

Server monetization must comply with Minecraft usage guidelines and applicable law. Third-party add-ons may affect security or performance. Check their source and permissions before installation.

Content and backups

You retain ownership of content you have rights to and permit us to store, process and transmit it as necessary to provide the service. You must have the right to upload and disclose player information and provide players with required privacy notices.

Keep an independent copy of important worlds and files. Service backups have limited retention and do not guarantee recovery from every incident. Download your data before deleting a server or workspace. Stopping a server or allowing a plan to expire does not confirm data deletion.

Interruptions and suspension

Service may be interrupted for maintenance, failures or security. We may restrict or suspend an account for violations, lack of entitlement or risks to the system. Where possible, we will provide the reason and a contact channel unless notice would conflict with law or increase the risk.

You may request account closure or dispute a suspension by email. Refunds and retention after closure follow the refund terms and privacy policy.

Liability

We use reasonable care in providing the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every add-on. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits arising from use. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Thai law without limiting mandatory rights applicable to you. Contact us first to try to resolve a dispute. We will notify you of material changes through the service or email and will not retroactively change an already paid purchase except as legally required or with your agreement.
