Operator and contact
myCubeKub is operated by Akalak Kruaboon (aklkbqx). For questions about personal information or to exercise your rights, use the email address at the end of this page.
Information we collect
Account information: username, email, first and last name, a password hash and any profile image you upload, together with workspace membership, roles and settings.
Payment information: plans, invoices, payment status and transfer evidence you submit. Payments use bank transfer or PromptPay as shown in the service. This website does not collect card details.
Usage and security information: IP addresses, browser or device information, request paths, activity events and session information.
Server information: configuration, worlds, uploaded files, backups, console output and player names shown by your server. This content may contain personal information supplied by you or your players.
Purposes and legal bases
We use account, session, server and payment information to enter into and perform the service contract, authenticate users, allocate resources, handle payments and respond to support requests. Without required information, we may be unable to open an account or provide the relevant service. Profile images and uploaded content are optional.
We use security records for our legitimate interests in preventing unauthorized access, fraud and abuse, taking your rights into account. We may retain or disclose information when legally required. If a use requires consent, we will request it separately and allow you to withdraw it.
Cookies and browser storage
A session cookie keeps you signed in, lasts 24 hours and uses HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax. Browser storage remembers your language and theme, and tab storage temporarily caches some page results. Results older than five minutes are not used from the cache. Blocking cookies may prevent sign-in.
This website has no analytics or advertising scripts. Mods, plugins and external websites you choose to use may have their own policies.
Recipients and external services
Workspace members see information according to their permissions. Service administrators and necessary infrastructure providers may access information to operate, support or secure the service. We do not sell personal information. We may provide information to competent authorities when required by law.
When you request add-ons or server software, the server may contact Modrinth, CurseForge, Mojang or the relevant publisher. External services may receive the server IP address and download request details. Player authentication and add-ons may contact other services according to your server configuration.
External providers may process information outside your country. Where we transfer personal information, we will use the safeguards and transfer basis required by applicable law. Review an external provider's policy before choosing to use it.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and workspace information while providing the service. After account closure or a deletion request, we review information for removal when it is no longer needed. We may retain information required for disputes, security or legal obligations, and will explain continued retention on request.
Payment evidence and security records are retained as needed for transaction verification, abuse prevention, disputes and mandatory legal periods. The current system does not automatically purge these records after a fixed number of days. You can request a retention review or deletion through our contact address.
Backups rotate according to the configured server retention count. Stopping a server or allowing a plan to expire does not confirm that data or backups have been deleted. Send a request if you need deletion checked, and download any copies you need before deleting a server.
Your rights and requests
Subject to applicable personal data protection law, you may request access or a copy, correction, portability, deletion or restriction, object to processing, and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Withdrawal does not affect lawful processing before withdrawal. You may also complain to the personal data protection authority.
Send your request with your account email and the information or action requested. We may ask for information necessary to verify identity and prevent disclosure to the wrong person. Do not send passwords or card details. We will handle requests within applicable legal time limits and explain any part we cannot fulfill.
Policy changes
We will update the date above when this policy changes and notify you of material changes through the service or email. Before introducing a new use that requires consent, we will request consent as required by law.
